President Trump’s want to do away with “birthright citizenship” is justified because while illegal aliens are within the physical territory of U. S. jurisdiction, as citizens of other countries, they really are under the jurisdictions of those countries, allegiances to those countries, so until they would become citizens of the U. S., their babies born on U. S. soil have no right to U. S. citizenship. Undoubtedly such a move by Trump would be contested in court, but the very subject being discussed brings logic to the table, a winning issue for the Republicans and for the nation.
