Ron DeSantis and the other Republican presidential wannabes are in effect not on Twitter and Facebook because nobody cares what they (mostly their teams?) post, so Trump is at no disadvantage in not being on Twitter or Facebook and is greatly advantaged by having his own social media platform Truth Social.
