In saying that he regrets not being president, Joe Biden assumes that he would have beaten Trump, supreme arrogance based on wishful thinking, not a good characteristic for a leader, particularly a president. Or Biden was messaging to Trump that he would have beaten him, and that he just might do it in 2020, but that’s a long way away and Uncle Joe looks a little tired.
