Georgia Likely Won’t Prosecute Trump Because State Would Have to Prove He Didn’t Really Think the Election Rigged

The prosecution team in a case against former president Trump, for having attempted to convince Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to look into the many ways that the 2020 election was rigged, would have to prove that Trump really didn’t think the election was rigged, good luck with that! Trump’s defense would include subpoenas of witnesses, ballot records and ballot tabulator data, voter rolls, and all the rest, not what governor Brian Kemp and Raffensperger would want to see.
