Did DoJ Signal No Prosecution of Trump Classified Documents After Investigation of Biden Opened for Same Reason?

Isn’t it most plausible that the DoJ announced the investigation of Biden for having retained top secret documents after his vice presidential term because the DoJ isn’t going to prosecute Trump for having retained classified documents? Would the DoJ dare prosecute Trump but not Biden?
