Since Vax Makers Have Legal Immunity Can’t Employees Sue Employers Forced Injections Without Informed Consent?

Doesn’t it seem logical that employees damaged by the “vaccines” and the families of those killed by the “vaccines” would sue the employers for having compelled them to take the “vaccines” without providing informed consent just like the CDC and NIH diabolically failed to say the dangers of the “vaccines?”
