Sea Level is Not Rising so Hydrologic Cycle is Handling Any Periodic Warming Which is Only by Sunspots or Solar Flares

Because the sea level is not rising (shore erosion, tsunamis, and earthquakes are not sea level rising), we can know that any warming of the atmosphere (by sunspots or solar flares) is being offset by more evaporation for more clouds off the ocean which in turn add to the glaciers at the poles and in the high mountains by more snowfall (and rain in the middle latitudes), thus that the sea level is not rising, hence celebrities sill buying-up the oceanfront properties, very valuable and no sea-rise insurance required!
