On Morning Joe today, outgoing Washington D. C. mayor Muriel Bowser said that although she called-up the National Guard to protect on the streets of D. C. on Jan. 6th, it was the duty of the authorities on Capitol Hill to secure sufficient protection for that facility, in other words, it was the job of Nancy Pelosi.
