How Could the So-Called Atheists Know That One Can’t Know Whom is Called God Considering They Haven’t Tried?

There are no atheists, only agnostics, because it’s impossible to prove that He does not exist (only opinion that He doesn’t exist), and considering He (Elohim) says that all who seek Him shall find Him, the “atheists” are stuck with either seeking or not.
