In the summertime, CenterPoint Energy which supplies southeast Texas has ready about 74 megawatts of electrical power, about 65 megawatts in the wintertime, and now with Arctic blast it’s down to about 55 megawatts because the 23% of the state’s electricity by wind power has been halved because half of the wind turbines are frozen, so can those turbines be dismantled and used for other purposes?
