Southeast Texas Suffered Single Digit Arctic Blast in 1988 so Precedent for Preparation Ignored by Greenies


In December of 1988,  the temperature in Houston, Texas plunged as low as 7 degrees F. and stayed below freezing for almost three days, thus the energy grid planners and power generators in Texas had precedent to consider, where half of the windmill power generators have frozen in the storm of 2021.
