It would be one thing if the 25,000 troops in D. C. and the extensive build-out of security infrastructure were for controlling thousands of Smartmatic Joe Biden fans (and rioters) on Inauguration Day, but they will not be there, so the talking heads are now beginning to wonder why the huge build-up for security?
