If the U. S. Supreme Court had taken up the case and ruled that the Pennsylvania state court cannot change election law (making ballots received after Nov. 3rd legal in violation of election law written by the state legislature), then there would be no argument about who has won Pennsylvania, president Trump the victor, so the Supreme Court now will have to take up this matter, better late than never!
