In Nevada 400,000 Unsolicited Mail-In Ballots Were Counted Without Republican Observers Present so How Many Frauds?

Adam Laxalt says that 400,000 votes were counted in the wee hours Wednesday morning when no Republican observers were allowed, so can’t we assume half of those ballots are fraudulent?
