Assuming Trump’s third nominee for the Supreme Court will be confirmed during this his first term, the sad shellshocked Democrats on the campaign trail will ostensibly be pushing even harder to expand the number of justices on the Supreme Court, but that’s an electoral loser because most people realize that it would be just more cheating by the Democrats when they don’t succeed.
