This morning president Trump retweeted an opinion piece by Lisa Boothe for The Hill that random sampling of the U. S. population should be conducted in order to estimate the number of Americans who are or have been infected by the wuhan virus, which probably number in the tens of millions, and thus the mortality rate for the wuhan actually quite low.
