Twice justice John Roberts has refused questions posed by Rand Paul identifying the “whistleblower” as Eric Ciaramella, so if there will be a tie-breaking vote self-bestowed on John Roberts, he’d probably vote for no witnesses, wanting the name of the “whistleblower” kept out of the official record.
