Trump was just working the Art of the Deal in seeing that Zelensky would cooperate with William Barr investigating Burisma and CrowdStrike by showing a willingness to not allow a visit to the White House by president Zelensky until he (Trump) was satisfied that the investigations will be done with Ukrainian government cooperation, just cleaning out corruption, trying to Keep America Great.
