During the last two years, Chris Matthews on HardBall has mostly glossed over Trump’s tweets, as if to punish the president, but tonight he was reading Trump’s most recent rib-tickling tweets, with leftist ideologue John Heilemann giggling along at the humor, a very good sign for Trump.
