In the summer of 2016, James Comey had to present to the public all the transgressions committed by Crooked Hillary (because the public already knew about them anyway), and then Comey declared her transgressions not crimes, enabling her to continue in her campaign for president, much as Chicago superintendent of police Eddie Johnson laid-out all the transgressions of Jussie Smollett, that later he would be let off the hook (to continue trying to frame Trump supporters?)
