Allegiance to Kim Jong-Un by the people of North Korea is mostly out of their fear of him rather than because of anything he has achieved for them, obviously, so if Kim will give up his nukes, the people’s allegiance to him will not be so much out of fear instead out of gratitude for his embrace of free market economic principles for their betterment.
