Vietnam Named for Lac Viet Tribe of Dong Son Bronze Age Culture on Red River Upstream of Shallow Gulf of Tonkin

Translate:

Along the Red River of Vietnam (which flows through Hanoi) was first the Dong Son culture, agrarians who also raised pigs and water buffalo, and tellingly forged bronze circa 2000 b. c. during the Ice Age, so surely the “Lac Viet” had settled too where today is the shallow Gulf of Tonkin, who had arrived probably by sea (the Cham of Ham) within a century or two of the Tower of Babel.
