Rand Paul on Fox & Friends this morning noted that the U. S. military personnel moving out of Syria are going only 50 miles away into far western Iraq, effectively still present to surveil and destroy the enemy as required, so Russia with Syria and Turkey will have to deal with the Islamists still running wild in Syria.
