Ask Nancy Whether Less Fence is Better & If Not Why Would More Fence Not Be Better Than Currently Installed?

Considering Nancy Pelosi is not proposing to teardown the existing fences at the southern border, shouldn’t we assume she knows fencing works therefore more fence will work even better?
