Reportedly Nikolas Maduro in Venezuela has resorted to the torture of military personnel in order to achieve their obedience, which certainly would indicate Maduro can’t last much longer, particularly if the hundred-thousand Cuban officials in Venezuela will smell-the-coffee and head home.
