While flying to Buenos Aires this morning for the G20 summit, president Trump cancelled his meeting with Putin, which is a good move for the U. S. considering nobody wants to talk to Putin now except Cuba, Venezuela, and maybe a few countries in Africa, while Putin watches his oil revenues plunge, forcing an ever greater percentage of Russia’s relatively tiny GDP to be devoted to the military.
