President Trump is doing just-about-all-he-can for border control, without help from Congress, so he can run for reelection on that fact in 2020 if he has to, if the Democrats don’t come to agreement with Trump on his Four Pillars Plan in exchange ostensibly for some arrangement for the DACA people.
