President Trump can nearly equalize the Republicans to Democrats on the Federal 9th Circuit court by appointing seven conservatives to fill the open judgeships on the 9th Circuit, conservatives who could be confirmed by the 53 to 47 majority Republicans in the Senate, which may’ve been what Trump was talking about when answering about the 9th Circuit, “we’re gonna have to look at that.”
