There is great uncertainty in the abortion industry about what new laws states may pass for more strictures on the availability of abortions, so if Roe v. Wade would be overturned, perhaps many states would make abortions legal in only very limited cases, but the remaining states would probably go all in for abortion, those states where the abortionists could set-up shop confident of plenty of business. Women wanting abortions in states limiting availability to only certain dire circumstances would just have to travel to the states where abortion is fully legal, which is where much of the money raised for abortions would go, money from such as the Clinton Foundation and the McCain Foundation.
