Assuming the U. S. has cyber-attack capabilities yet unveiled, president Trump may have hinted to Putin that cyber-warfare can go two ways, so perhaps Putin really will layoff the meddling in U. S. elections. But anyway, at this point, do you really think Putin would want to see Trump’s power increased by bigger Republican majorities in both houses of Congress helped along by Russian meddling?
