Considering that bump stocks allow semi-automatic guns to be adapted to deliver rounds like machine guns, and that it was the Obama administration which made them legal, president Trump should make a speech to the nation that he will undo what Obama has done, having effectively made machine guns legal by his ok of bump stocks, much used by MS13 which Trump is dismantling.
