Ronald Reagan proved that tax cuts increase government revenues, by his tax cuts having almost doubled federal revenues in the 1980’s, but with control of Congress in the hands of the Democrats during that time, federal spending continued to increase at an even greater rate, so Congress today with control of both houses are in a position to do both, cut taxes and pare the budget, truly a golden opportunity to dare we say Make America Great Again.
