When Hurricane Katrina back in 2004 devastated southern Louisiana, the city of Houston embraced hundreds of thousands of refugees, many who stayed for new opportunity, so to say thank you, the Cajun Navy is out in full force to rescue thousands stranded in floodwaters of Hurricane Harvey now swelling the many bayous of the flat-land of Houston.
