President Trump is in the driver’s seat as far a public opinion goes, proven by the fact that congressional candidates agreeing with him are doing very well, so Mitch McConnell’s days are numbered as majority leader of the Senate Republicans unless he begins to produce the Trump agenda, because constituents of Republican senators across the nation will demand that the Senate demote McConnell, who thereby has maybe ’til the end of the year to get busy on the Tea Party agenda.
