Along the northeastern shore of the Black Sea is the nation of Georgia (gurgan meaning land of wolves) where legends say Tabal (Tiblisi) and Mosokh were their ancestors, Tubal and Meshech, sons of Japheth in Genesis 10, whose progeny moved north and east as well, to found Moscow and name the Tobolsk river not far from the Dzungarian Gate.
