Herodotus Said the Celts Originated on Upper Danube Came West When Ice Age Ended for Urnfield & Hallstatt Cultures


The uniformitarians looking at the ancient history of northern Europe are flummoxed by the dearth of evidence before the iron age to the north of the Alps, which is explained by Herodotus, that the Celts anciently had come across north of the Alps (when the Ice Age ended) from the upper Danube to begin the Urnfield culture circa 1300 b. c. ’til 800 b. c. when began the Hallstatt culture.
