Georgia Secretary of State Raffensperger Under Heavy Pressure Orders By-Hand Recount of Votes to Authenticate

A good sign that Georgia will conduct clean runoff elections for two seats in the U. S. Senate on Jan. 5th is that a by-hand recount of the presidential election votes has been ordered.
