With $10,000,000 the Democrats could probably find 1,000 postal workers to each purloin 100 mail-in ballots collected from Trump dominant zip codes in swing states, $10,000 each for 100 ballots stolen, 100,000 votes mostly for Trump taken out by spending $10 million.
