For Hurricane Katrina Relief & Rebuilding $120 Billion Spent so Harvey Caused Much Greater Damage Now How Much Relief?

Governor Greg Abbot of Texas says the federal government spent $120 billion en toto to rebuild after hurricane Katrina, so considering the rainfall of hurricane Harvey caused far greater damage over a much larger swath of land, it will be interesting to see how much Congress will allocate after the initial stop-gap $8 billion which surely Congress will pass quickly.
