Whining about New Yorkers gathered outside of bars drinking, governor Andrew Cuomo threatened to postpone the phased lifting of the shutdown, in tirade that “there could be a big (wuhan) spike within a week because of that you’re doing,”that’s Cuomo forgetting that the protesting/riots have been ongoing for almost three weeks with no spike.
