Refusing to accept the federal prosecutor’s withdrawal of the Michael Flynn case, judge Emmett Sullivan is saying that in withdrawing his plea deal, Flynn has committed perjury, which would mean that all the defendants who withdraw their plea deals would be guilty of perjury, which is hardly a tenable position for judge Sullivan who really has no business judging anything.
