At a press conference earlier this week, New York governor Andrew Cuomo said that anywhere from 40% to 80% of the people in that state have been wuhan infected (8 million to 16 million people), so wouldn’t the death toll in New York of about 400 indicate a low mortality rate for the wuhan in the U. S.?
