U. S. Congress Hasn’t Declared War Since 1941 so Don’t Let Current Events Distract That They Didn’t for 80 Years

The last war declared by the United States was in 1941, never again since, so doesn’t TDS have an odd way of making Congress members suddenly feel responsible?
