Cryin’ Chuck Schumer was put in his place today on the floor of the U. S. Senate by Mitch McConnell who taught the civics lesson that during an impeachment process, the House of Representatives is to present the evidence, and the Senate is to judge that evidence, so as jury in the process, the Senate is legally bound to not call any more witnesses, indicating a quick trial in the Senate (should the articles of impeachment ever get there), and the senators defending Trump free to talk about Sleepy Joe, Hunter, Yovanovitch, and “the whistle-blower” Eric Ciaramella without them being there.
