Apparently jailed mexican drug lord El Chapo’s $14 billion of assets will be seized, so Ted Cruz is proposing that money to help pay for the border wall, which with perhaps money from fees to be charged visitors from Mexico into the U. S., plus money already earmarked previously for the wall, would certainly pay for the whole thing.
