If Chuck and Nancy were confident in their ability to construct immigration legislation acceptable to the majority of the voting public, they would take Trump’s offer of a three year extension of DACA, confident that they will sway the public to support their amnesty plans for the DACA people and more on down the road, so that they cite the DACA offer as a sticking-point just shows that this is their Waterloo.
