On Fox News Sunday, senator Lindsey Graham said that Trump should stop the partial government shutdown and then in three weeks, if the Democrats still won’t do a border deal with Trump, declare a national emergency for the border fence funding, but of course that would only let the Democrats off the hook completely, so whose side is Lindsey on anyway?
