Nancy Pelosi has probably considered that if she doesn’t bend to president Trump’s wishes for the border security fence, then the president will declare a national state of emergency in order to complete the fence project and to get the paychecks moving again to the unpaid government workers, so Pelosi, probably not wanting to look like the villain in all this, will bend, and soon, because Trump would pull the trigger on the state of emergency declaration, to get those paychecks moving and build the fence.
