For the defense of the United States, intruders need be stopped at the border, and if not by a fully funded wall, perhaps even better the U. S. military continuing to utilize their expertise in building what works but in more of a patchwork way, nevertheless efficient, where small military bases can be set-up for desert training and back-up for the border patrol.
