Trump Tweets 50% Approval Rating Without Naming the Poll yet What Happened to Polls Saying Low 40’s?

If president Trump’s approval rating really is in the low 40’s (or high 30’s), then why aren’t the establishment talking heads on it like they were before the midterm elections?
